We had an early buffet breakfast since the ship docked at Ketchikan at 8:00 and we caught a walking tour at 8:50. There were only three on the tour so it was almost private. Our very knowledgeable and interesting guide took us on a three hour stroll around this picturesque and historic town. She explained the history at each site as well as the current  concerns. It was surprisingly warm - about 75 degrees and dry and clear - a perfect day. A lot of pictures were taken. After visiting the Totem Heritage Center we had a salmon burger and an Alaskan Amber beer. We got back on the ship at about 2 PM and took a nap. Then Leah went up to the top deck to take pictures as the ship was leaving the port. The inland passage is beautiful! We had a coffee and ice cream and watched the passing scenery from the big windows. By then it was time to dress for the formal dinner.
